Chicago Park is what Chicago wishes it could be. Traditionally the area was settled by people who came from the windy city to partake in the bustling wine economy of the 1800’s. The wine made would be shipped back so people in the east could get a taste of the beautiful agriculture California had to offer. Originally the town had a railroad used to ship the wine to and from the area but it has since been removed for a dam and a shorter rout for the railroad to take. Easy access to Highway 174 makes Chicago Park a great starting location for any trips around California or surrounding states.
